Hi my name is Chloe the creator of Nuve! As many years as a qualified PT, Pilates, Yoga & fitness instructor I've learnt a LOT about my body through trial & error over the years. I can confidently say I honestly am in the best shape I have ever been in my life!

This has not come through over-restriction or over-training, but from a perfectly tuned balance of Pilates, Strength & Yoga combined. 

And so... Nuve was born. To bring these workouts right to your home so you can understand your body better, what training works best for you whilst not neglecting any areas!
